Added
- Untrack flights from the detail screen and stop their server-side monitoring.
- Show separate departure and arrival terminal and gate information.

- Display scheduled and estimated times in each airport's local time.
- Sort tracked flights by service date so newly added journeys appear correctly.
- Simplify the home screen copy and use real airport locations throughout.

- Remove deterministic placeholder flights and hardcoded Amsterdam data.
